118 Main Street Apartments
Project Overview
In order to meet the needs of a growing central district, Scull Construction assisted in the creation of this downtown commercial building, which was totally gutted and renovated into residential apartments. Work began with floor demolition and the installation of underground plumbing and to meet the needs of the new units. The building features seven single-bedroom units with 14-foot ceilings and skylights. The front of the building is two stories, with a commercial/office space on the main level and a two-bedroom apartment above. Exterior amenities include covered parking and landscaping. The finished product is a modern update to the building and a great addition to the growing downtown area.
