Custer Regional
Hospital

Project Overview

When the City of Custer began making plans to invest in a new hospital, they had two major goals in mind. They wanted a facility that would allow them to provide the highest quality health service, while also allowing for future growth opportunities. Scull Construction was proud to be a part of making that vision a reality. Thanks to a private-public funding partnership between the City and Regional Health, Custer now has their new hospital. The new 46,000 square foot facility provides clinical care, hospital care, and emergency services with separate emergency and visitor entrances.

The hospital space features eight patient rooms, one hospice suite, two emergency trauma rooms, two emergency treatment rooms, a family activity room, and physical/occupational/speech therapy center.  Advanced features include an expanded laboratory, a diagnostic imaging suite, endoscopy suite, and a computerized tomography suite.

The Clinic space features 18 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, four urgent care exam rooms, three infusion bays, and two separate waiting rooms.
