An inspired design by ARC International coupled with the construction expertise of Scull Construction allowed for the delivery of this truly unique facility. Placed at one of the main “gateways” to the city from I-90, this bank headquarters and premiere office space features a masonry and glass exterior that is designed for longevity, with a prominent steep sloped roof to shed snow. Covered drive-thru lanes blend in to the building, as well as the facility’s wonderfully landscaped grounds. The building is a sturdy 5,000 square feet, helping to portray the strength and character of the Black Hills.
