Hills Materials Maintenance Facility
Project Overview
When Hills Materials was in need of a space to service and maintain their fleet of equipment, they called upon Scull Construction to deliver. Within their requested six month time-frame, we were able to do just that. The 15,000 square foot facility contains office space, a mezzanine, work bays, wash area, and specialized work spaces. The shop has twelve overhead doors located on each side of the building for pull-through capability, and the large work bays give the mechanics room to work, while two 10-ton cranes do the heavy lifting.
