Key Energy chose to partner with Scull Construction when it came time for them to construct a new business space, and we were happy to deliver. Their new facility is a 100’x100’x32’ metal building with a stacked stone vestibule. It gives them 4,000 square feet of office space and project areas, along with 8,000 square feet of shop area, which features two overhead bridge cranes. The site sits on eight acres, with sight lighting and 50,000 square feet of concrete paving. The project was successfully completed within the allotted time of 7 ½ months.
