Knecht Home Center has a new facility in Spearfish that serves the northern Hills and surrounding plains communities.  A vast new retail floor is wide open and flexible with a level-four concrete polished floor.  A drive-through lumber and product area (metal building) facilitates handling materials and loading during inclement weather.  Other space includes a large residential display, sales offices, management offices and breakroom.  Multiple building products were used in harmony to create a beautiful, multi-functional building.  The project was designed and bid, but run like a CMAR on account of Value Engineering and design changes to meet budget.
