Pete Lien & Sons is one of the largest aggregate suppliers in the Rocky Mountain and Plains Region. As their fleet has grown over the past few years, so did their need for more maintenance space. The solution was a satellite location adjacent to a new quarry, which is closer to key equipment. The facility boasts office space, meeting areas and special project areas, as well as a shop with ten oversized overhead doors located on each side for full pull-through capability. Two interior 10-ton cranes work from the vaulted rafters above the bays and super-sized equipment. Scull Construction was proud to act as CMAR of this project, which took only nine months to complete.
