Good Samaritan 30-Bed Assisted Living I and II
The Good Samaritan has expanded it's facilities with the constructuion of two, 30-Bed Assisted Living wings onto its Saint Martens Campus in Rapid City. The facility is tucked into a Black Hills valley and provides local seniors with a new opportunity for residential living. The new building includes nice resident rooms with lots of daylighting, with easy access to gathering spaces for watching movies, playing games, or just relaxing. Care services include nursing areas, commercial laundry room, full commercial kitchen, and a salon space. This was completed in two phases, where Phase II was predicated on a successful Phase I completed with the owner.
