The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center
Nestled on nearly nine acres in Gillette, Wyoming, The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center came in at approximately 170,000 square feet. The construction consists of concrete slab-on-grade foundations, steel stud exterior walls, steel stud-framed interior walls and partitions, and steel-truss roof framing. The exteriors of the resident wing have painted siding and stone veneer wall finishes, a combination of vinyl windows and aluminum store front, and an asphalt shingled roof.
The facility itself features 152 private rooms, 8 suites, a Great Room, balconies, patios, and courtyards. A few of the impressive amenities of the Legacy Center include a bistro, country store, and movie theatre for the residents to enjoy.
A truly impressive design and great location, coupled with Scull Construction’s ability to successfully deliver the end result, have resulted in The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center being able to provide its residents a truly outstanding experience.
