This new assisted living facility in rural North Dakota is providing new housing and medical services to the area.  Living quarters are complimented by functional living areas, exercise facilities, and a multipurpose room.  Nurses stations are built throughout to assist in movement and visits to the clinic and exam rooms.  The challenging project was completed six weeks ahead of the Owner’s schedule using Scull’s Construction Management at Risk delivery method.
