The new SD State Multi-Agency Building will help the State consolidate departments and provide a “one stop” building that offers a multitude of services out of one location. The two-story, 100,000-square-foot building will house offices of the Department of Social Services, Department of Health, Department of Human Services, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Department of Revenue and South Dakota Lottery, the Bureau of Information Technology, and the Bureau of Administration. The building will feature modern office space with reception and service counters, plus conference space, flex space, and support space.
