The new Summit Arena at The Monument is a multi-purpose, indoor entertainment arena.. The 250,000 square-foot facility provides a venue for high-end entertainers, sporting events, trade shows, and the Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo.  The arena has 12,500 seats, lounge and premium seating options, plus additional social spaces with views of the action.  The venue is easy to set up and use for event promoters that can bring up to a 20 truck show.  This includes a large arena floor, a minimum of 75 feet to the grid, an expansive rigging grid, a minimum seating capacity of 10,000 for an end stage concert.  This project was built with a partnership between us and Mortensen Construction.
