The Thunder Valley Community Development Corporation is building a 34-acre community as a catalyst to create systemic change on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Scull Construction is guiding the site work and construction of 14 homes, three apartment buildings, a guest bunk house, and a community building. The sustainable buildings utilize passive & active solar energy, are extremely well insulated, and have advanced air filtration systems.
