When the local school district moved the elementary school, VRC Metal Systems acquired the old school with a vision to turn it into an office and manufacturing facility. The heavy renovation completely updated the interior of the building and added key features to the exterior. Doors, floors, ceilings and window treatments were replaced. A loading dock was added and the water system upgraded. The sophisticated HVAC system conditions the building and controls air quality in key areas of the manufacturing process.
